Normand-Ferland TWO ARTISTS, ONE CREATION Seal of the original character of the works After several years of research and work, Yann Normand and Nancy Ferland give form to their inspiration and make visible what couldn’t be before. Breaking with the accepted ideas according to which creation is a solitary act, these two artists, driven by a common interest in painting, sculpture and metal treatment, united their beings, their ideas and their energies. Then, learning from spontaneity and experimentation, through their aesthetic reflexion and their constant work, a new know-how exceeding acquired knowledge and processes has been found. Here, Art is not an application of rules: it is a free and perpetual discovery where alliance of individualities in creation gives it all its sense. From then on, the evolution of the works and the progress of the artists are made possible through constant practice, opening a creative space leading beyond all limits, where possibilities multiply.
